Empire MMA & Jiu-Jitsu is Cedar City’s home for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, and youth martial arts. We offer training for everyone—from complete beginners and families looking for a welcoming place to learn, to experienced martial artists and competitive fighters pursuing the highest levels of the sport. Our programs include adult and youth classes, women’s Jiu-Jitsu, and a growing schedule of morning and evening training. Mindful Martial Arts is the premiere mixed martial arts program featuring Krav Maga in Southern Utah located inside Spirit Fitness Club.

We are a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy and follow those principals. We teach grappling arts and are available to help those that are interested in striking as well. We teach kids and adult classes daily. Come try a class today! We hope to see you on the mats!
