About
Empire MMA & Jiu-Jitsu is Cedar City’s home for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, and youth martial arts. We offer training for everyone—from complete beginners and families looking for a welcoming place to learn, to experienced martial artists and competitive fighters pursuing the highest levels of the sport. Our programs include adult and youth classes, women’s Jiu-Jitsu, and a growing schedule of morning and evening training. At Empire, we believe martial arts should build skilled, confident people and a strong community. Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn practical skills, compete, or simply find a place where you belong, there’s a place for you at Empire.
