We are a nonprofit wrestling club serving youth athletes in kindergarten through 8th grade. Our program focuses on teaching strong wrestling fundamentals while building discipline, confidence, sportsmanship, and a solid work ethic. We provide structured practices, experienced coaching, and opportunities for wrestlers of all skill levels to learn, improve, and compete in a positive team environment.

Empire MMA & Jiu-Jitsu is Cedar City’s home for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, and youth martial arts.
