Cedar City’s home for affordable and accessible yoga for all. We offer classes for all levels, every day of the week. We also host workshops, teacher trainings, meditations and special events. Rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, our classes will guide you to find balance, strength, mobility and steadiness in your mind. We also offer a traditional Ashtanga Program with Authorized teacher, Jessica Lynne Trese. She has decades of practice and experience and is also a certified Yoga Therapist. The Climbing Tower at Southern Utah University is the premier rock climbing wall in southern Utah. Built in 2007 to add a year-round climbing experience for SUU students, faculty, staff, and the community at large.
