Ben is a lifelong resident of Southern Utah who truly loves the people, the strong sense of community, and the unmatched beauty of the area. He appreciates the stunning mountain views and the wide variety of activities available—from hiking scenic trails to enjoying live performances in Cedar City and St. George, to simply spending quality time with great people. One of the things Ben loves most is the unique climate flexibility—no matter the season, you’re just a short drive (about 40 miles) from either warm desert sunshine or cool, crisp mountain air. Southern Utah truly offers something for everyone, making it an ideal place to call home.
