The aroma of freshly grilled meats and spices now fills the air at 565 S. Main St. in Cedar City, as a new Greek restaurant opens its doors to the community.
Offering a menu brimming with authentic Mediterranean flavors, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill aims to become a local favorite.
Patrons can indulge in a variety of dishes, including customizable Rice Bowls topped with options like Gyro Meat or Salmon.

Owners Phillip Geurts and Alex Lignell, both with extensive backgrounds in the restaurant industry, are enthusiastic about bringing this concept to Cedar City.
Geurts expressed his excitement, stating, "We love Greek food and we’ve always loved these recipes, so we’re excited to bring this new and super-fresh eatery to this community."
Beyond dine-in services, the restaurant offers catering options suitable for large parties, events, and meetings.
Guests can enjoy build-your-own Gyros and savory Souvlaki Skewers, accompanied by sides like Rice Pilaf and Greek Salad.
To celebrate the grand opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday, February 27 at 11:30 a.m.
