After 26 years of dedicated service, Wendy Stoker, the esteemed owner-manager of Cedar City's beloved Arctic Circle, has announced her retirement.
Since opening its doors on November 11, 1999, the restaurant has been a cornerstone of the community, renowned for its signature fry sauce and family-friendly atmosphere.
Under Stoker's leadership, Arctic Circle became more than just a dining spot; it evolved into a gathering place where families and friends created lasting memories.

Her retirement marks the end of an era for the local dining scene.
Stoker said she appreciates the support of the community over the years and said they’ve tried to give back in various ways, including sponsoring numerous youth baseball and softball teams, in addition to providing food, assistance and support to local schools, clubs and organizations.
“I always feel like you need to give back to the community,” she said.
