Enoch Lin's Market Ribbon Cutting Grand Opening |
Lin’s Market celebrates a grocery store opening |

For Enoch residents, a grocery run no longer has to mean heading into Cedar City.
Lin’s Market celebrated the grand opening of its new Enoch store with a ribbon cutting on September 30, 2026.
The 65,000-square-foot location marks a grocery store expansion for a business that has served Southern Utah since 1955.
That added convenience matters to households balancing errands, work and the everyday question of what to make for dinner.
The Enoch store gives nearby residents another place to shop while keeping a familiar local name in the mix.
The opening does not replace the Cedar City store at 150 N. Main St., which will continue serving customers.
Instead, the two locations offer another choice for people living in and around the growing Enoch area.
The new store also shares its property with Ace Hardware and Arctic Circle, putting several common stops close together.
A grocery trip could now fit more easily alongside a hardware errand or a quick meal.
For families who regularly travel between Enoch and Cedar City, the choice of where to shop may be a practical one.
A grand opening can feel like more than a ceremony when it changes the rhythm of everyday errands.
It is also a chance for a longtime Southern Utah business to get to know a new set of neighbors.
The ribbon cutting celebrated that connection, bringing attention to a grocery store opening rooted in familiar regional ties.
Shoppers in Enoch now have a full-size market nearby without losing the option of visiting the established Cedar City location.
What comes next will be shaped by the ordinary visits that make a store part of community life.
From weekly grocery lists to last-minute dinner plans, those visits add up for local households.
For Lin’s Market, the Enoch opening extends a decades-long presence in Southern Utah while giving residents another convenient stop close to home. |

Good for Enoch but honestly I worry this pulls some business away from the smaller local shops nearby. Just something to think about.
mike_cedarThat's a fair point. I do hope people still swing by the smaller spots too. But honestly for a lot of families out here this just means fewer trips to Cedar City altogether, so maybe it evens out.
Does anyone know what their hours are? Hoping they stay open late enough for people getting off work at 6 or 7.
CuriousCarlaI would call them directly to check. Most Lin's locations I have been to are open pretty late but I'm not sure if the new one has different hours while they are still getting settled in.
Enoch keeps growing and it is about time the shops caught up. We have needed something like this for years.
long_time_enochRight? It felt like the housing kept coming but the actual shops never followed. Glad something finally caught up with how much this area has grown.
Arctic Circle next to a grocery store is either a great idea or terrible for my diet. Probably both.
I still prefer the Cedar City location just out of habit but glad they are keeping that one open too. Nice to have options.
MargaretD.Same honestly. I know where everything is at the Cedar City one so I'll probably keep going there out of muscle memory. But good to have a backup closer to family in Enoch.
Went to the ribbon cutting and the store looks really nice inside. Way bigger than I expected honestly.
Lins has been around since 1955 so at least it is a company that knows what they are doing. Not some chain that will leave in two years.
Kevin BarnettExactly. A company that has been around that long knows how to actually run a grocery store. Not worried about them packing up and leaving like some of the others we have seen come and go.
The fact that it shares a lot with Ace Hardware is so convenient. I can grab dinner ingredients and pick up a lightbulb in the same trip.
southernutahmomThis is the part I'm most excited about honestly. Ace Hardware right there is perfect. I'm always forgetting something from the hardware store mid project.
65,000 square feet is a big store. Hope they have a good meat and produce section, that is usually what makes or breaks it for me.
Dale W.That is exactly what I look for too. A mediocre produce section is a dealbreaker for me. Hopefully someone who has been in there already can report back on what it looks like.
Finally!! No more driving into Cedar City just to grab groceries after work. This is a huge deal for us out here.
TammyR_EnochIt really is. My wife has been saying this for like two years. That drive after a long day just to get milk and bread gets old fast.
