Cedar City Spring Fiesta Returns to Celebrate Cultural Diversity Downtown

Downtown Cedar City will come alive with color, music, and the flavors of the world on Saturday, May 1st, as the beloved Cedar City Spring Fiesta returns for another year of multicultural celebration. This cherished annual event transforms Main Street into a vibrant showcase of the diverse cultures that call Southern Utah home.

Running from 10 AM to 6 PM, the Spring Fiesta will feature over 40 vendor booths representing cultures from across the globe, including Hispanic, Native American, Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, and Asian traditions. Attendees can sample authentic cuisine, browse handmade crafts, and experience traditional music and dance performances throughout the day.
